We will refund unused, unaltered merchandise with all the labels and garment tags attached within 30 days of original purchase date. We offer free returns by using the prepaid shipping label included in your order. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.

We make returns simple! Please use the prepaid FedEx label included in your parcel. Returns can be completed by taking the item(s) and return label to a FedEx drop-off site, or you can schedule a FedEx pickup at

Returns of items purchased on are complimentary; a prepaid return label is included in your parcel.

Can I return a personalized product?

All sales of personalized products are final and may not be returned. If you purchased a personalized or customized product online and you would like to talk to our Club Glove experts about any inaccuracies, defects, or if it was damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team at (800) 783-8222.

When can I expect to receive a credit for my return?

Please allow 14 business days for the receipt and processing of your return. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return has been completed.
