Limited Five-Year Warranty Information

Acushnet Company ("Acushnet") warrants its Club Glove products for a period of five years from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship. The Club Glove limited warranty excludes remedy for damage or defect caused by you or a third party (including, without limitation, airline handling or other transit damage), improper use or abuse, normal wear and tear under normal usage and cosmetic damage. Except as expressly set forth in this paragraph, Acushnet makes no other warranty with respect to its Club Glove products and expressly disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose, arising by operation of law or otherwise.

To obtain the benefits of this warranty, please activate the Club Glove registration card included in your order. Acushnet is partnering with Endstate to provide customers with a One-Tap Warranty™ technology. The process is simple and secure and verifies the authenticity of your Club Glove product. To register your product, complete the following steps:

  • Unlock your smartphone and tap the chip on your Club Glove registration card to your phone, as follows:
    • For iOS devices, tap the chip to the top/back of your phone and click the URL notification to open the website.
    • For most Android devices, tap the chip to the back center of your phone, and the URL will open automatically
  • Fill out your name and contact information to register your product and secure the limited warranty.

Card activation is required in order to receive warranty benefits. Failure to activate the card may result in a denial of warranty claims. If your card is lost or damaged, please contact our customer service team at (800) 783-8222, Monday-Friday between 9:00AM – 5:00PM EST, to inquire about a replacement card. In order to submit a valid warranty claim, you must notify Acushnet of any defect in the product within a reasonable period after discovery (not to exceed thirty (30) days) and the defective product must be returned within the warranty period specified above. We ask that all parts of the product be returned, in original factory condition, to Club Glove Returns as instructed by customer service. Enclose the original receipt along with a written explanation of the defect in material or workmanship. Acushnet reserves the right to inspect all returned products and review all warranty claims to determine warranty eligibility, in its sole and reasonable discretion. All products returned for warranty claims become the property of Acushnet. If the warranty claim is denied, the product will be returned to you.

The remedies set forth herein are exclusive, and reflect the total liability of Acushnet hereunder. Acushnet will not be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental or other damages arising from the use of this product or any delay in the performance of this warranty due to causes beyond the company’s control. Some states do not allow the exclusions or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
