This product is designed to perform under the most rigorous of travel conditions. WCT is so confident in this product, that for an additional cost (please see specs on reverse), along with the attached Warranty Registration card, WCT will honor a FIVE (5) YEAR "NO QUESTIONS ASKED" WARRANTY. In plain language, WCT will repair ANY damage that occurs during the warranty period, regardless of cause, so long as you can return to us (at your cost) at least 51% of your product, regardless of condition. If, in WCT’s opinion, the damage cannot be repaired, WCT will replace your product. If the product is no longer available, we reserve the right to substitute a comparable product. WCT will pay (standard ground) shipping back to you. Return shipping via air freight is available for an additional charge. Due to the potential for fraud, we cannot and do not warranty in any way the contents of the product or damages due to loss or theft. Limited Lifetime Warranty
West Coast Trends, Inc. ("WCT") guarantees this product will be free from defects IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP DURING NORMAL TRAVEL USE for the product’s specified LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY period. If such a defect appears during the warranty period, WCT will repair or replace (at its option) the product without charge, except for transportation costs to the repair center. WCT will pay for return ground shipping anywhere in the continental United States. Return shipping via air freight is available for an additional charge. If the product is no longer available, we reserve the right to substitute a comparable product. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, normal fading, alteration, abuse, misuse or neglect of the product, accidents, negligence, damage by airline or common carrier, or dissatisfaction with product choice. I have recently purchased 2 XL Ballistic Check-in pieces of luggage and 1 carry on piece . I was so impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of these pieces I ordered a Backpack. The backpack is great plenty of room for computers, IPad and clothing like jackets or sweaters. I personally used it for my meds, computer , IPad, snacks, and a jacket. Fits great underneath the seat when flying and the zippers are fantastic. Very smooth and easy to use. No getting stuck and very durable. The padding is also very comfortable. |

We love the product. We decided to add the embroidery and included the Embroidery Style - Script. Impressive quality. This is actually Embroidered on the luggage. We decided to choose the color "Copper." We like the contrast to the luggage as we chose Black-Bronze for the luggage. The slight contrast in the colors helps the Embroidery stand out. We actually received a call from Club Glove to make sure that we had not made a mistake in our color selection. We are very pleased. Can't say enough good about the product. |
