This product is eligible for an accidental damage protection plan. This plan provides coverage for accidental damage from handling that may render the product non-functional or otherwise not be covered by our limited warranty. Our Accident Protection plans are in effect from your receipt of the product. West Coast Trends, Inc. will repair or replace (at our discretion) your product at no cost to you during the coverage term chosen.
This plan is only available through direct purchases at www.clubglove.com (or our direct “Personal Touch Service” purchases) and cannot be obtained in any other manner. Accident Protection plan must be purchased with protected product at time of purchase, plan(s) cannot be purchased separately or after purchase of the product.
Returns: Simply call for a Return Authorization (RA) number during business hour M-F 8-5PT, 714-843-9288, ship your damaged product back (via major carrier/ signature required), and we will cover all other costs including return shipping (standard ground).
New, unused, non-embroidered returned product for refund: the money you paid for the protection plan will also be refunded. This plan can only be refunded (within 90 days of original purchase date) following a “Return Authorization” and the return of the protected product in brand new, re-sellable condition.

West Coast Trends, Inc. ("WCT") guarantees this product will be free from defects IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP DURING NORMAL TRAVEL USE for the product’s specified LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY period. If such a defect appears during the warranty period, WCT will repair or replace (at its option) the product without charge, except for transportation costs to the repair center. Second Rolling Duffle Bag!! I love the Mini rolling duffle as much as my first larger duggle rolling bag!! I'm able to carry on this bag for overhead storgage and was able to pack a week's worth of clothes (cold and wet gear included) 1 pair of shoes and my dobb kit!!The storage bags make the difference for a tight compressed fit allowing maximum packing!! I had an older version of this bag with a single center zipper which was stolen this winter. So, I wasn't sure if I'd like this one as well. Also, when it arrived it looked a little smaller. BUT, I love the way the new "bone" zipper opens up the bag for easy packing and felt like I was able to pack more efficiently due to it's configuration. The weight and ease of use are wonderful and, of course, it's very well constructed. |

This is a gorgeous piece of luggage, clearly made to high quality of design and material. I havent had a chance to use it out-of-state because of Covid, but my brother in law uses this as a primary piece of luggage for a travel intensive life and it seems to hold up very well. Problem with new design

I've purchased 8 mini rolling duffles over the past 15 or so years. Some for gifts and some for personal use. I've loved every purchase until this model. I find the 'dog bone' design much more difficult to use for quick access that the previous design. However, the most distressing feature is the lack of a handle/strap that snaps over the zipper. The missing handle makes it very difficult to grab the bag if it is laying down. Instead of this handle, there is now a handle sewn into the fabric on the top of the bag, by the pull handle. Use of this handle seems to put stress on the fabric where it is attached to the backboard. I've had my new bag for two years now and just returned it for the second time for repair. The fabric pulled away from the backboard, leaving a hole where it was attached by grommet. My husband has the previous version of the mini duffle that I'm using while mine is getting repaired. I'm so much happier using his bag than mine with the new design! Club Glove has been great about repairing the bag each time. However, it costs me about $40 - $50 in postage each time I return the bag. Dissappointed in the new design. |
