West Coast Trends, Inc. (“WCT”) guarantees this product will be free from defects IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP DURING NORMAL USE for the product’s specified ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY period. If such a defect appears during the warranty period, WCT will repair or replace (at its option) the product without charge, except for transportation costs to the repair center. WCT will pay for return ground shipping anywhere in the continental United States. Return shipping via air freight is available for an additional charge. If the product is no longer available, we reserve the right to substitute a comparable product. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, normal fading, alteration, abuse, misuse or neglect of the product, accidents, negligence, or dissatisfaction with product choice. To obtain warranty service, please call WCT (our toll free number is on every Club Glove® product) for a return authorization number and address to ship product, freight prepaid, with a carrier requiring signature. West Coast Trends, Inc. hereby disclaims all liability for any harm or damage that may occur for any reason whatsoever to any customer’s personal property that may be contained or carried in products manufactured or sold by West Coast Trends, Inc. All such liability is solely that of the customer.

My travel bag is perfect for weekend travel. There is plenty of room for serval changes of clothing. You can also put a pair of shoes in with the clothes. The zipper is great and very easy to open and close. The craftsmanship and attention to the details is very apparent with this bag. |

The Ballistic Travel Rx is exceptional. My wife and I were solidly impressed by the quality of the workmanship, including the added embroidery. This is part of the whole set that we purchased. The Ballistic Travel Rx matches the other pieces and the size makes it a perfect match when paired with the other components. The bag comes with a Strap to carry the bag over the shoulder. The strap helps because the bag straps are smaller and not as comfortable to carry for longer periods of time. The Travel Rx seems very well built and will hold up under years of service. |

We purchased the large & medium roller bags and the carry-on bag for a 3 week trip last summer. We needed semi-formal and casual wear, sports clothes and swim wear. LOTS OF STUFF!! For my recent 3-week vacation, the Rx bag supplemented my Carry-On bag which I LOVE! Having the 2 'small' bags made it easier for packing as well as handling. The construction is excellent, very well made. I gave it a 4 star only as I would have liked there to be a way to attach the handle straps (as I needed to check my bag). I ended up buying on amazon a velco handle which works fine. Otherwise it's a great bag. Plus, I really like the versatility with a separate compartment below, which works great for shoes. |

This is my second review. I just returned from 9 days to multiple cities in Italy. The Ballistic Carry Bag was most helpful. Very rugged and was essential in my travels. I addition to my previous comments, I would recommend a padded device that would hold the 2 handles together and would not be so tough on ones hands. |

With 4 million miles travelled I have veritable PhD in luggage quality. Without question, The Club Glove luggage I've purchased is superior in all respects. I've owned multiple Tumi bags and they consistently wear out and their flaky warranty is as flimsy as a wet paper bag. But, my Club Glove gear (carry on and executive case) is still operating perfectly. Everything; the zippers, wheels, handles and extension all work like new - 8 years after purchasing them. |
