If you are not 100% satisfied with your *purchase, you can return your product and get a full refund for the product less any shipping fees. You are responsible for all shipping fees. *Any customized orders are nonrefundable.
We will refund the initial shipping charges only if the merchandise is defective, or if we made a mistake in the shipment of your order. Contact our Customer Service Department for more details.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Standard Return Policy
We know that it is a rare circumstance if you do want to return your purchase. That’s because our products are designed and built to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, please review our policy details below.
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method less shipping fees. In addition, please note the following:
- Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
- Items that are discounted or marked final sale are not returnable.
- Free goods, received as part of a promotional offer or a sale may be subject to a fee if not returned along with original purchase.
- Special or custom orders are nonrefundable.
- Gift cards are not redeemable for cash(except where required by law) and will not be replaced or honored for payment if lost or stolen.
